Meet the directors
Busani Mdluli & Bareng Madubanya
The two met in 2005 where Bareng joined a promotional gifts company which Busani was already working for. Bareng working as a Graphic designer and Busani as a Quality controller, they both worked very closely as every design/artwork that Bareng did Busani would make sure everything was of high quality before they could be printed and be delivered to client.
One key thing that made the two click was dedication and hard work, both of them had that and even when they would be faced with a challenging and stressful job, they would make sure they find a solution challenging each others’ abilities to solve problems.
The pair separated after some years when they started pursuing new ventures but the working relationship remained intact over the years. This is why today they have come together to combine their experiences and embark on this new journey of manufacturing and supplying personal protective equipment.
Bareng Madubanya
Mr. Bareng Madubanya is a multi-media and design professional with a B-Tech degree from the University of Johannesburg. His career has seen him being appointed as a Graphic Designer, Desktop Publisher and Electronic communications Officer at several small and big corporates within South Africa.
His experience since February 2005 includes design, print, multi-media, photography, videography and more. Mr. Madubanya has developed excellent skills in business administration over the years of freelancing. He has a strong understanding of customer relations and has the ability to perform under pressure, to use initiative and to attend to detail.
Mr Madubanya is well known by clients for his passion for what he does; respecting time, paying attention to detail, always striving to deliver quality service on time and valuing clients whether big or small.
Busani B Mdluli
Busani B Mdluli is an entrepreneur, owned Ezemvelo Promotions and the company has changed name to EME Lights Up. We specialize in supplying promotional materials, corporate gifts, corporate branding and corporate uniform.
I obtained this experience from a company called O’Kagans. I started there as a packer and rose to be a production manager. Currently on my fourth year doing a degree in Marketing with damelin. While at Damelin I have a diploma in Store Keeping and Stock Control, a diploma in Purchasing and supply, a diploma in Strategic and Logistic Management and a certificate in Business Management.
Identifying gaps in the market is my passion, finding best products for our customers pleases me, having professional conversation with my potential clients stimulate growth in me and above all building a legacy and wealthy is my dream.
